Assessment and Referral Services

 

Are you struggling emotionally but unsure of how to proceed? Do you need recommendations and guidance to help you get started? 

 

You can seek support from your own home by using our assessment program.  Just schedule  a tele-interview evaluation.

 

During the interview I will take a thorough personal history and explore your current symptoms and stressors. The interview will last approximately 90 minute. Upon completion of the session I will walk you through the next steps of seeking help by providing you:

• A written evaluation

• Recommendations for continued care

• Contact information for skilled mental health providers in your area. For example, licensed professional counselors, family therapists, social workers, psychiatrists and rehabilitation centers 

• Assistance and guidance regarding insurance and payment options

• Contact information for other community based services such as support groups, 12 step meetings and other wellness providers
